Attending: Jamie Buss, Karl Stoerzinger, Ed Leaf, Dan Swenson, Lisa Middag, Steve Krause, Greg Toltzman; unable to attend, Sam Newberg and Judy Corrao; County staff Patrick Connoy and Robb Luckow, consulting team member Anne Carroll.

3. CAC norms: Reviewed and finalized

4. Updates and new community input, plus clarification of CAC responsibilities regarding input:

• Sibley Park (Standish-Ericsson) Corn Feed on July 25
• National Night Out on August 5
• Longfellow Park (Longfellow) Corn Feed on August 7
• Web survey
• Spanish-language partnership, input opportunities, and web changes
• E-notification about web page to participants to date who have provided email addresses

5. September-October stakeholder input: See web page for updated Stakeholder Engagement Plan

6. September CAC meeting preview:

• Progress update on parallel studies, current plans, and relationship of this information to overall project and CAC role
• Presentation: Local planning and regulatory context: Mark Koegler and City Planner/TAC member Paul Mogush
